Waivers
All guests visiting the farm are required to sign a waiver before participating in any animal activities. No exceptions—our goats are cute, but our lawyers are serious.
The safety of our animals and guests is our top priority. And just like humans, animals have boundaries too. Some days they’re social butterflies…other days they choose peace and personal space. If an animal isn’t feeling the vibe, we respect it. Refunds will not be issued if an animal opts out of socializing—because consent applies to the barnyard, too.
But don’t panic—90% of the time the right snacks work wonders, and suddenly everyone wants to be your best friend. We just can’t guarantee it. Animals are like that.

Deposits & Refunds
To book any on-farm event, a $100 deposit is required. This locks in your date and helps us prep the ranch (and the snack bribery fund).
Refunds are only available for weather-related cancellations or unsafe conditions. If the skies say “nope,” we’ll happily reschedule or refund your deposit. For anything else—change of plans, sick days, sleepy alpacas, or dramatic chickens—the deposit is non-refundable.
